Mindful Mornings is a 30 day morning routine I based on the teachings of Vinyasa & Kundalini Yoga. Each month, a video is released in your online account to guide you through a 15 minute morning yoga routine. At the end of the month, I replace the previous month’s video with a new guided yoga video. In support of letting things go and focusing forward, at the end of each month you no will longer have access to the previous month’s video.

  • In short, no! You are welcome to complete the class at anytime throughout your day. If an afternoon lunch break feels better to you- go for it. If you want a morning AND evening practice, great. It’s your practice so do it in a way that works for you.

  • Mindful Mornings with Megan is a 15 minute yoga class I designed for you to complete each morning for the duration of one month. It’s a series inspired by the Kundalini Yoga practice of Morning Sadhana. Sadhana is your personal, spiritual yoga practice.

  • Sort of… Yoga and Mindfulness are great practices for your physical and mental health. This class I designed to be short and sweet so that it could pair well with your ongoing exercise routines and day to day activity.

  • Paying for the Mindful Mornings Subscription ($15/month- automated payments), allows you access to each month’s Mindful Morning video. A new video is released each month on your account that you can follow along with for the next 30 days. I do not archive previous month’s videos in the subscription. You will only have access to the current (and future) Mindful Morning Routines once you sign up.

    At anytime you can cancel the subscription. You will no longer have access to any Mindful Morning Videos.
