The theme for this month is…Awareness. In any given moment there are many things going on. A calm, still, quiet mind is a place where we can connect with ourselves and become aware of what we are feeling and the wisdom that lies underneath the surface. Gratitude is a tool we can use to redirect our attention to the present moment and to draw our awareness out of the negative habits and thought patterns we may hold. Let’s practice developing a broader sense of awareness together this month!
